Cyclops

Cyclops was originally designed and made as a bespoke large centrepiece, to act as a space for the projector within a commodious home cinema (hence the height).

However this turned out to be a brief moment allowed by technology, soon to be superseded by flat screens, streaming & what have you. Thus, Cyclops became redundant. Or maybe not. Its presence is such that I feel sure it will be reincarnated and find another purpose. My bet’s on a drinks cabinet. It certainly needs a grand setting and its made from some rather lovely rippled walnut.

It is a very patient beast.
