What to expect
Visits are informal and unhurried. There is usually work in progress, and you are welcome to see it; a piece part-made is often more revealing than a finished one. Matthew and the team are glad to talk through the timber, explain the process and explore ideas.
Many commissions begin with a visit. You are equally welcome to come simply to look.

- A30 / A303: from Exeter Airport, approximately 1hr 30min.
- From Oxford
- A34 / A303: from the Kennington Road roundabout, approximately 1hr 35min.
- By train
- South Western Trains from London Waterloo to Tisbury, the nearest station. A taxi from Tisbury takes around ten minutes.
